Finska vlada ponudila je uspostavljanje baze na svojoj teritoriji za velike izviđačke bespilotne letjelice NATO-a, prenosi Anadolu. Kako navode lokalni mediji, trenutno su aktivne bespilotne letjelice iz Italije koje su u avgustu također letjele iznad finskog zračnog prostora kako bi prikupile obavještajne podatke duž istočne granice zemlje. Finsko ratno zrakoplovstvo ima četiri alternativne baze, od kojih je Pirkkala najvjerovatnija lokacija, navodi finski "Yle".
