(WSVN) - Ingredients:1 pie crust- 9 inch (make your own or pre-made)1 lemon, washed1 ½ cups sugar1 stick of unsalted butter, cut into chunks4 large eggs2 tbs. cornstarch¼ tsp. saltMethod of Preparation:Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the pie shell on a baking sheet. Wash the lemon, slice into thick wheels and remove seeds. Toss lemon slices and the peel into the food processor with sugar and butter.
