Lena Marceno

Lena Marceno, M.Sc., is a director at Impact Health Policy Partners (formerly Wynne Health Group). She has more than 10 years' experience advising federal, state, and local agencies to improve public health programs, with special industry expertise in behavioral health and health equity. Marceno worked for five years at the Altarum Institute, a nonprofit consultancy that helps federal, state, and local health agencies and foundations improve health equity and outcomes through better systems of care. She has authored a wide array of reports, toolkits, issue briefs, policies, and procedures to support the transformation of public health agencies and organizations. Earlier in her career, she served as a prevention specialist and program manager for the City of Springfield (Mass.) Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to that, she was an ORISE Research Fellow with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health. She has worked on Capitol Hill in the office of two senators and interned with the African Health Policy Network in London. Marceno earned an M.Sc. in international health policy from the London School of Economics. Source
