    It's been a busy few weeks for real estate transactions in downtown Columbus as another office building has sold. The five-story office building at 101 E. Town St. in downtown Columbus has sold for $8.3 million in a deal that closed last month, according to the Franklin County Auditor. Capitol Equities Realty handled the sale of the 53,106-square-foot property, located on the corner of East Town Street and South 3rd Street. The real estate firm will continue to manage the building.
