Newell Brands Inc., the maker of Sharpie and Expo markers, said it can move some production out of Mexico to a facility it’s already operating in Tennessee. Some of the company’s writing products are made in Mexico, along with its Oster brand of blenders. That may change, however, due to President Donald Trump’s on-again, off-again tariff threats. The company’s factory in Maryville, Tennessee, makes products sold under the Sharpie, Paper Mate and Expo brands.
