You have 7 days left to purchase my limited edition debut special Pathways, until 27th May. Then it’s gone 🎈That people read and resonate with them. I have found the most impactful books in my life have been the ones that have left me feeling empowered and validated the way I think, when I had previously felt cautious about sharing my viewpoints beyond the safety of close friends and family. They are books that gave me the confidence to have conviction in what I believe.

The book was not a thing in my life in any sense of the word. A few months before, in April 2024, my friend and bestselling author sent me a WhatsApp.

Today’s newsletter column is about what my brother and I reckon to be the single best thing our parents ever suggested we do as children. We both believe it's been integral in defining the adults we have become. Read it at the link in my bio 📩 https://t.co/DMcNnRbn1G

Delighted that the short film I made w/ @GWandShows last summer is going out again tomo night, Friday 9pm BBC Two, then afterwards on BBC iPlayer at the link below.
