Shoppers are heading to the stores this weekend for last-minute items in preparation for Easter and Passover holiday plans amid higher grocery costs. Shaleah Dawson of Philadelphia said she has gone to different stores to get the best deals and could find herself doing the same thing this weekend as she hosts Easter dinner. "I'm going to the market to get a few things. I'm going to get a ham and the sides to go with it. I have a chicken, baked chicken," Dawson said.

Ridley Park Borough Mayor Henry Eberle said the potential loss of Crozer Keystone Health System will negatively impact residents and called the situation a "disaster."The emergency declaration allows the borough's Emergency Management Coordinator and other officials to take any actions they deem necessary in order to provide for residents' well being.

The suspect accused of shooting multiple people at Florida State University and killing two used a former service weapon belonging to his mother, authorities said. Phoenix Ikner, 20, was identified by Florida authorities as the suspect Thursday behind the deadly shooting rampage on Florida State University's campus by its student union center. Ikner, who attends FSU, is the son of a Leon County sheriff's deputy. "Our deputy, Deputy Ikner, has been with the county sheriff's office for over 18 years.

Staffing and perimeter security will likely be major components in an independent review of the arson incident at the Pennsylvania governor's residence. On Wednesday, Pennsylvania State Police announced it will "engage a third-party expert to conduct an independent security review" into the arson and attempted homicide at Gov. Josh Shapiro's residence in Harrisburg overnight Sunday.
