They’re uncomfortable, unflattering, and, to be honest, unnecessary as I don’t really need the support. I only wear one in situations where it would be inappropriate not to do so—and that’s mostly at the office. I wear a lot of button-downs, sweaters, and T-shirts to work, so I usually go for a bra that is smoothing without the underwire or hook-and-eye closures.
