嗨，我是Lina，目前在一間醫療金融科技美商新創擔任Product Designer約9個月的時間，本文主要分享我是如何從多益550到錄取夢想的外商工作的歷程。 我在大學裸考多益的分數是550，典型的聽說很差、閱讀尚可的程度。作為UI/UX designer打滾了幾年後，發現若是想要達到我夢想的薪資，可能有兩條路：一、在台灣變的超級強並錄取少之又少的高薪資科技公司；二、錄取薪資相較台商稍好的外商公司。前者需要考慮資歷、能力，可能需耗費較長的時間達到；而後者相較前者，只要能克服語言障礙，能達到的時間跟條件是更容易的。因此，我決定以「錄取外商」為我的職涯目標，開始了準備英文的道路。 我認為「聽得懂」是在開口說之前最重要的能力，而我的聽力又特別的差，每天堅持聽英文成了奠定基礎非常重要的方式。從一開始像是在聽佛經，接著努力「主動」聽出每一個句子的關鍵字S（主詞）V（動詞）O（受詞）、猜測語意，到漸漸地能聽到越來越多的字，這個過程很漫長，但是一定要堅持、認真地聽下去（只放背景音成效有限）。 這邊也分享陪伴我很久的英文Podcast： All Ears English Podcast...
