1. IntroductionThere are multiple theories around why people decide not to have vaccinations, termed vaccine hesitancy [1], yet vaccination for healthcare staff is deemed essential to protect themselves from transmissible illness and to ensure they do not infect vulnerable patients (World Health [2]). Vaccinating care home staff is especially important to protect vulnerable older residents.
