DICKINSON — A truck club in Dickinson has come up with a new idea to participate in Halloween. The club is sponsoring "Trucks and Treats" from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31 in the parking lot of Prairie Hills Mall. The event was first held four years ago, but this is its third year because of COVID.
