Several questions remain unanswered days after agents drew their weapons in detaining a San Diego family at the border, in what the family said was a case of mistaken identity. Cell phone video captured the encounter Thursday at the San Ysidro Port of Entry. Joshua Durazo said his family was returning home from his cousin’s funeral and he had just handed over the paperwork when agents drew their weapons and told everyone to get out of the vehicle.
