I have 4 boys, ranging from age 3 to 14, and I realized this week that I manage my house just like I do my job. If you already have kids, you know that you're always needed for something. If you don't have kids, you'll have to get your stakeholder management practice somewhere else. Four children and they all need something different at any point in time. When I look at how I handle them, it reads like stakeholder management to me. They need me to stop what I'm doing and listen to their concerns.

That’s significant. It’s worth noting that I’m buying the free-range eggs, so they are more expensive. In my feeble attempt to buy responsibly, I don’t like supporting businesses who don’t take care of their chickens.
