CAR-T cell therapy has shown promising results in treating blood cancers, such as multiple myeloma and certain forms of leukemia and lymphoma. The formulation of these immunotherapies involves firstly extracting T cells from a patient’s blood, and genetically modifying them in a laboratory to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). These modified T cells are then infused back into the patient, where they target the cancer cells expressing the specific protein recognized by the CAR.

This was a single-center retrospective study based on a cross-sectional design, in which medical records of patients registered and diagnosed with advanced lung cancer at a tertiary hospital in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China from January 2012 to December 2021 were selected. Given the complexity of SES, there is no single optimal indicator that applies to all research objectives. Instead, SES is often influenced by multiple factors such as income, occupation, and education [16].

4 DISCUSSION Our study offered a clear and intuitionistic picture of the inflammatory responses and nonlinear association between SHR and adverse clinical outcomes in diabetic inpatients with pneumonia of different severity. Also, our study contained the largest number of patients with diabetes compared with studies of the same topic so far. The findings were as follows.
