Oh, the holidays! A time of year that can be filled with so much joy, wonder, and abundance for some, while others are left feeling empty, confused, and anxious for the new year ahead. This year is the first that I feel a mix of both and it can be truly paralyzing to be filled with such gratitude and grief at the same time.
