Everton’s new away kit – revealed today – will see the Blues take the spirit of Goodison Park on the road.  The black and yellow strip – the second to be launched by Everton and new Technical Partner Castore – takes inspiration from the famous atmospheric nights that have played out under the glow of the stadium’s floodlights.  It is available online at evertondirect.com from today and in store at Everton One and Everton Two from Thursday (1 August).

A new pilot programme is being launched at The Brink to support families across Merseyside affected by gambling addiction. The programme, called M-PACT Gambling, is being run by charity The Forward Trust with funding from GambleAware. Free to attend, the programme will run for 10 weeks and is open to families who have children aged eight to 17 and are based in the Liverpool city region, including Sefton, Wirral, Southport and St Helens.

From 20 October 2023 – 28 January 2024, FACT presents two major solo shows by artists Jenkin van Zyl and Uma Breakdown. The artists’ works look to defy the nature of conventional heroic narratives. Through processes of retelling and reenactment they open up possibilities for centering the overlooked, the queer, and the monstrous. Their works offer glimpses into the transitory joy of building new communities, while also reflecting on the cyclical nature of time.
