Following the first leg in Cyprus last month, 21 men and 10 women took to the pontoon at 11am local time for the 10km, six-lap race.

Marrit Steenbergen Breaks 53 Seconds In 100 Free For Third Time In 2025 At Dutch ChampionshipsMarrit Steenbergen made her third journey inside 53secs this year in the 100 free on day one of the Dutch Championships in Amersfoort. Milou van Wijk booked lane four for the final with a 53.38 prelim and led at halfway in 25.64 to Steenbergenโs 25.75. However, the Doha world champion turned the tables down the second 50 where she split 27.03 to stop the clock in 52.78.

Kai van Westering & Koen de Groot Go Into The Record Books At Dutch ChampionshipsKai van Westering downed the Dutch 100 back record that had stood since London 2012 and Koen de Groot set a 50m breaststroke mark on day one of the Dutch Long-Course Championships in Amersfoort. Van Westering went 53.51 in the 100 back prelims to slice 0.11 from the previous standard of 53.62 held by Nick Driebergen since 29 July 2012 in the Olympic prelims almost 13 years ago.
