CLEARWATER, Fla. – Residents of the South Beach III Condominium located at 1460 Gulf Boulevard are being allowed to partially reoccupy the building following the installation of emergency shoring to stabilize a damaged support column. The building was evacuated last week after a crack was discovered in a support column near the northwest corner. Karins Engineering was retained to assess the damage and recommended immediate evacuation until shoring could be installed and the column stabilized.

HOLIDAY, Fla. – The Pasco Sheriff’s Office (PSO) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in multiple vehicle burglaries that occurred in the Alameda Drive area of Holiday between the evening of Friday, May 10, and the morning of Saturday, May 11. According to PSO, the unknown suspect entered several vehicles in the aforementioned area sometime between 8 p.m. on May 10 and 6:30 a.m. on May 11.
