    This week, Reformation released a twenty-piece collection with Devon Lee Carlson, and it made me think, Oh, I get it now. I’ve never been someone who gets swept up in collab frenzy. I understood the business case - if brands keep doing them, they clearly work - but I’d never felt the pull as a consumer until now. I love Devon. Something about her feels early aughts It girl. No one has fascinated me in that way for a while.

    EVERY BODY GETS DRESSED’s weekly curated edit of the only fashion newness worthy of your attention. Baserange was one of the first to launch their summer collection this week. In December, I ordered some of the brand’s classic tops (Omato, Vein, etc.) and promised a review, so here’s the TLDR. On fit: If you’re tall or have a long torso and arms, you’ll find they fit perfectly. If you don’t, you’ll find that the sleeves scrunch up quite a bit (see below).

You’ll find them at diverse price points, from Reformation to Khaite. The pragmatic in me worries about the mesh and crochet versions faring poorly after a few weeks of pounding the dirty pavement. Totême added these woven leather flats to their Spring lineup. With a similar sock silhouette, these seem like they would be more durable.
