Jeff, a former university lecturer, left during ‘biscuit week’ after saying, “I’ve had enough” and “I’m done” due to feeling unwell for a second week running. Then, during the final showstopper challenge, 31-year-old midwife Illiyin told crew she “felt a bit dizzy”, before she was helped to the floor by medics.

CCTV footage released by the Metropolitan Police shows two officers catching a brazen phone thief. The footage was taken on 5 July, when two plain-clothed officers had been out on patrols in Soho, London. A man dressed in white can be seen running across the road. He then steals a mobile phone from the back pocket of an unaware victim, before being tackled by the two officers. The stolen phone was later retrieved before being returned to its owner.
