This prospective study enrolled consenting adults from six community health centres and medical clinics across Ontario, Québec, Manitoba, and British Columbia between June 2022 and January 2024. The study was open to the general public, either English or French-speaking, aged 18 or older who met the inclusion criteria for enrolment and did not meet any of the exclusion criteria listed in Appendix A.
