“You look tired” is a phrase no woman over 50 likes to hear … especially when she’s talking about her own face in the mirror. Don’t be too harsh on yourself. We all look tired sometimes, and the reasons are many. They include insomnia, late-night Netflix or salty snack binges, stress, dehydration, a poor diet, allergies, lack of exercise and, of course, too much screen time and not enough “me” time.
