AbstractA method that combines experiment and simulation is proposed to construct a high-precision spiral bevel gear dynamics model. First, the modal parameters of the gear were derived from modal tests. Second, the reliability of the experimental modal vibration patterns was verified by modal reliability criterion analysis. Third, a high-precision finite element model was constructed using the measured tooth surface coordinates of the spiral bevel gear.

The CPMI algorithm is a model-free and data-driven method for identifying critical states and DNBs of complex biological processes. Given the reference samples and case samples, we designed the following algorithm to identify the critical state. Figure 1 shows the flowchart schematic of the CPMI algorithm. The schematic of the CPMI method for identifying the critical states of complex biological processes.

We propose a multimodal deep learning architecture, called GPDRP for DRP. The DRP problem is formulated as a regression task, wherein a drug-cell line pair serves as the input and a continuous measurement of the response value LN IC50 of that pair serves as the output. Molecular graphs are used to represent drugs, which allows the model to directly capture atom-to-atom bonds. GPDRP is trained using the Pytorch [33]. Figure 4 illustrates the proposed framework.

We downloaded the raw single-cell peripheral blood sequencing data from the Genome Sequence Archive of the Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG) Data Center (http://bigd.big.ac.cn/gsa-human, accession number: HRA000150). The raw scRNA-seq FASTQ files of PBMCs from 13 patients and 5 healthy controls. The 13 patients with COVID-19 were classified into three clinical conditions: moderate (n = 7), severe (n = 4) and convalescent (conv; n = 6, of whom 4 were paired with moderate cases).
