Crazy! The Denver Broncos made the mistake of retread quarterbacks for years, and one of their former QBs is in line to start for a new team years later. After the 2015 NFL Season, their Super Bowl 50 victory, the Broncos clearly had no long-term QB solution in place, and they fell into the abyss of trying (and failing) with a slew of veteran quarterbacks and even some in the NFL Draft. The list is almost too painful to write out, so we won't. Well, one of their former QBs is Joe Flacco.

Let's talk about this... The Denver Broncos are not the only team that has made some draft mistakes in hindsight, but this one is pretty brutal. I do have an educated guess that picking in the NFL Draft after the first round could be quite difficult, as there never seems to be 32 slam-dunk first-round picks in a given class. This does make the NFL Draft quite challenging for NFL front offices.

This could be a brutal blow for the Broncos arch-rivals. The Denver Broncos may not have to worry about the Las Vegas Raiders at all in the 2025 NFL Season. The Raiders improved this offseason but are still, comfortably, the worst team in the AFC West. They 'upgraded' at head coach and quarterback to Pete Carroll and Geno Smith. Carroll was not a head coach in 2024, and Smith was traded to the Raiders from the Seattle Seahawks for a third-round pick.

Yet another embarrassing ranking is in from PFF. PFF is up to their antics again, as their defensive line rankings are a huge slap in the face to the Denver Broncos. The Broncos do indeed have the best defensive line in the NFL. Not only did the run defense improve, but they also led the league in sacks. The DL honestly got better this offseason.

This is insane! In some incredible recent reporting, Russell Wilson had some flat-out ridiculous contract demands from the Denver Broncos. Russell Wilson was traded from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos following the 2021 NFL Season, and this was George Paton's first major move with the Broncos. Paton is on record saying that he believed the team was a 'sleeping giant,' so you figure that his move to trade for Wilson was trying to awaken that giant.

And Bo Nix had more than all of those guys

Aaron Rodgers had more touchdown passes last season than Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts https://t.co/0XYEIsUIij

Broncos fans who don’t want the team to sign JK Dobbins are acting like it’d be a franchise-crippling move. Calm down. He’s a good player and worth betting on. My gosh.

Seven letter word.

Sources: #Commanders All-Pro WR Terry McLaurin has made it clear to the team that he’s frustrated with the lack of progress on a long-term deal. As I previously reported, McLaurin unexpectedly left voluntary workouts after initially attending, and it remains to be seen whether https://t.co/5lUXbe8dxe
