Oman and Spain held their third session of political consultations between their Foreign Ministries. The Omani delegation was led by Sheikh Khalifa Alharthy, Foreign Ministry Undersecretary for Political Affairs, while Spain's was headed by Diego Martínez Bello, Secretary of State for Global and Political Affairs.

The Foreign Ministry has expressed Oman's condemnation of the attack on the residence of the head of the United Arab Emirates mission in the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.
