We have been watching with awe as so many people in and around government tackle the increasingly complex challenges of our turbulent times. Despite (or perhaps even because of) the immense changes to how we work and learn together in the last few years, we have come to recognise the necessity of learning across boundaries. Since 2021, the excitement around Orange Compass’ paper ‘Building a culture of learning at scale: learning networks for systems change’ has grown.
