3. Results 3.1. Identification and Characteristic Analysis of the BBR-BPC Family Members in B. napusThrough homology comparison and the validation of conserved domains using tools such as Pfam and SMART, a total of 25 members of the BBR-BPC transcription factor family were identified in B. napus, each possessing characteristic conserved domains. These members were distributed across 16 chromosomes in B. napus. Based on their chromosomal locations, they were named BnBBR-BPC1 through BnBBR-BPC25.

AbstractEvidence shows that primary gout is prone to develop to atherosclerosis, but the mechanism of its occurrence is still not fully clarified. The aim of this study was to explore the molecular mechanism of the occurrence of this complication in gout. The gene expression profiles of primary gout and atherosclerosis were downloaded from the gene expression omnibus database. Overlapping differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between gout and atherosclerosis were identified.
