At the beginning of the year, Goodman entrusted Eastdil Secured with the task of selling a portfolio of four properties known as Project Echo, for which it was hoping for a sale price of around €220 million. EQT Real Estate's appetite for French logistics continues unabated. After acquiring two platforms south of Nantes and north of Lyon in April, the real estate arm of international management company EQT Group this morning announced the acquisition of a portfolio of five French warehouses. According to Business Immo's sources, the off-market deal was concluded with Blackstone for a price of €150 million.
