Acceptance. This was the hardest one for me to learn! When you can accept that something is hard and it’s happening to you rather than living in denial, it brings a sense of freedom. Then you can have mental and emotional space to face your problem and start working out a solution. This is important to help you avoid a victim mentality. It sometimes feels like it is so hard to avoid feeling down or depressed these days.
