Can you tell us a bit about your background and your childhood backstory? I grew up in northeast Oklahoma during the '80s. During this time, I was homeschooled for a few years to better support my learning needs, as I struggled in the public education system. After two years, I tested as 'gifted and talented' and graduated high school in the top 20% of my class.

Can you tell us a bit about your childhood backstory? I grew up in a household where love was present, but conflict often ruled the day. My parents were doing their best, but like many couples, they didn't have the tools to navigate emotional storms in a healthy way. As a sensitive kid, I absorbed it all.

Can you tell us a bit about your background and your childhood backstory? I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I am the youngest of two girls. My parents immigrated from Grenada, West Indies, in the 1970s. They worked hard for everything that have and raised us to never be without and to be appreciative of everything we had.
