Copper, who has amassed nearly 3,000 receiving yards and 33 touchdowns over three years, impressed college recruiters at a recent 7-on-7 camp recently, leading to an offer from the ACC club. Copper accepted the offer swiftly. Last season, Copper achieved his first 1,000-yard season with 16 touchdowns.
