Charities (Amendment) Act 2024The Charities (Amendment) Act 2024 was signed into law on 10 July 2024. This legislation is not operative until commencement order(s) are made. So, for now we must all familiarise ourselves with the changes. This is an amending Act. This means that it makes various updates, amendments and appeals to the Charities Act 2009.
