IntroductionUterine cancer is the most common gynecologic malignancy in the United States with an estimated 66,000 new cases and over 13,000 deaths in 2023 [[1], [2], [3]]. Prevalence has continued to increase, attributed in part to the ongoing obesity epidemic [4]. Most cases of uterine cancer are diagnosed at an early-stage and are treated primarily with surgery. Adjuvant therapy with radiation or chemotherapy may be indicated depending on stage and/or tumor characteristics [5,6].
