Steve Bannon is going bonkers over Elon Musk, David Sacks, and Peter Thiel. He called Elon Musk an “evil guy” and vowed to stop his influence over Trump. That’s not even the worst of what he says. For example, he claims Elon Musk would take a check from Adolf Hitler. Bannon has no basis for that. While I agree with Steve Bannon on most issues, I think he is wrong on this one. We need Elon Musk.

The world’s largest lithium battery facility is on fire. Elon Musk said it has nothing to do with Tesla or its batteries. The cause is not yet known. Over 1,000 people were advised to evacuate a community in Northern California after a large fire erupted Thursday afternoon at one of the world’s largest battery storage plants. No injuries were reported, and all personnel were evacuated. These are very difficult fires to put out.

A jury found that CNN committed defamation against U.S. Navy veteran Zachary Young and is responsible for punitive damages on Friday. They only deliberated for eight hours. He sued for $1 billion. Young said that CNN smeared him by implying he illegally profited when helping people flee Afghanistan on the “black market” during the Biden administration’s military withdrawal from the country in 2021.

The temperatures on Monday will be in the single digits, and the Inauguration might be moved indoors. Although no one suggested this, there is another reason it might be moved indoors. The terror threat level is high. We have had open borders for four years on top of no vetting. Maybe that is why no former US president or their wives will attend. Although, they are probably staying away out of pettiness. However, many prominent people are not going to attend due to the threat of a terror attack.

It looks like State Senator Colton Moore was briefly incarcerated in the same decrepit Georgia prison Donald Trump was in. In case you missed it, Moore was banned from the legislature for calling a deceased colleague “corrupt” last year. They arrested him for trying to enter the lower chamber. Moore is banned until he apologizes and Moore says the ban is illegal, which it probably is. Moore was booked on misdemeanor charges of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
