A new lineup of tempting sweets stars in the daily afternoon-tea service at Café Boulud in Palm Beach. Fashioned by head pastry chef Rosana Quintero, who joined the French-American restaurant this past winter, the confections now available at tea service include almond-and-citrus meringue tart and guava-and-passion fruit mousse. Afternoon tea at Café Boulud features scones with Devonshire cream and preserves, and dainty tea sandwiches such as cucumber, smoked salmon and ham with gruyere.
