    Two Washington High School of Information and Technology students will take the stage at the upcoming NFL draft to announce a second-round pick. WHS seniors Rionne Turner and Xavier Goff will announce the 38th pick of the NFL draft, which is currently held by the New England Patriots. Turner and Goff were chosen by Special Olympics North America to represent Unified Sports athletes at the draft. When they heard the news, the only emotion they felt was overwhelming excitement.

    The NFL Draft is coming soon to Green Bay, and construction of the Draft Theater begins March 29. The Draft Theater site will be on the east side of Lambeau Field on Oneida Street. Due to the construction, South Oneida Street will be closed between Lombardi Avenue and Ridge Road. Armed Forces Drive will also be closed. Road closures begin Saturday, March 29, and are expected to last until May 10.
