1. IntroductionThis paper proposes to understand collective action driven by shared goals by formalizing core concepts from phenomenological philosophy—notably Husserl’s phenomenological descriptions of the consciousness of inner time—using mathematical tools from category theory under the active inference approach to theoretical biology.
