For the Dubai Metro, As DJ Khaled likes to say…Another one. Another metro station is getting a brand new name, and this time it’s the GIGICO Metro Station, now named the Al Garhoud Station. Several metro stations have seen some renaming business recently, and what was previously GIGICO is the latest one to add to that. The announcement of the change coming for GIGICO was made by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on Friday, with the change taking effect on a later date.

The complete parking fees structure breakdown…Changes are underway for the paid parking structure in Dubai, with a new fees structure to be implemented from today. The revised parking rates will come into affect starting Friday, April 4. All this comes as part of the new Variable Tarriff Parking Policy, initially set to be implemented by March, 2025.
