"You are not a candidate to receive bail, your release will be a mockery of the justice system, - the prosecutor. Dlamini tells the court he is innocent.

Dlamini agrees with the state he broke into a house and the Jeep which had an iPhone cellphone in it on the 27th of December 2023 in Waterloo. He however denies he was present on January 6 when Mr Vesele was shot and the Jeep was found 5Km from the scene.

Dlamini claims he sold the Jeep found in Vesele's crime scene, to a Nigerian named 'Heaven' in Durban last year December. He claims to have told the investigating officers about this information.

Dlamini tells the court he is not an assassin and does not own a firearm.

Dlamini maintains his innocent and claims to have never killed anyone.

Dlamini tells the court he wants bail because he needs to take care of his mother who is epileptic. He says his brother spends a lot of time in Inanda and can't look after their mother when she sufferes from seizures.
