#SenzoMeyiwaTrial The court suggests we adjourn for Sibiya to be able to contact his uncle for a way forward. State advocate George Baloyi has expressed heartfelt condolences on behalf of all counsel to the family of Mngomezulu. He supports that the court adjourns. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial [BREAKING] The lawyer for accused 1 Thulani Mngomezulu has died. Mngomezulu wae last in court on the 8th of November, after being ill for some time. He was due to crose examime the lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda next. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial We resume again after another short adjournment. The state is now trying to have the statement beamed. There are still some technical challenges. But Baloyi confirms it's the same statement O1 that was given to the defense. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Mnisi says he wants the statement to be beamed. We adjourn for a few minutes to get the statement beamed in court. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial The court asks Gininda to read out that portion from the statement. Mnisi objects and says the court is taking over prosecution now. Judge is not impressed. He says this sis the statement of the court now. @eNCA
