#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Mnisi continues to ask about the warning statement forms. The judge intercepts him. Judge: Sorry Mr Mnisi where are we going with this evidence? How does it assist us? Mnisi: I am not even certain that these forms are coming from the places he says. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Mnisi has npw gone back to the issue of the forms that must be filled in when taking warning statements from accused. Previoulsy Gininda contended there was no single form that is used by police. All stations have different forms which do the same job. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Mnisi: When i say entails, I mean is it something that is written down? Gininda: My Lord I have said I am not prohibited from taking a confession. There is no law or rule that says I can't take a confession. It is a practice that enhances professionalism. @eNCA

#SenzoMeyiwaTrial Mnisi: What does this best practice entail? Gininda: We were talking about the taking of a statement. I said best practice is that someone who is not involved in the investigation must take the confession. @eNCA
