Mumbai: Additional chief secretary (urban development) Aseem Gupta has begun a probe into corruption allegations made by French consulting company Systra against MMRDA. Gupta has called MMRDA and Systra officials for a hearing on Monday (March 3). Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, who is also urban development minister, has directed Gupta to investigate the complaint by Systra. He has directed Gupta to investigate and submit a report within 15 days.
