IntroductionThe exponential growth of CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) technology in prosthodontics can be attributed to continuous system development, improved quality control, the introduction of new materials, software refinement and the possibility of virtual evaluation [1]. CAD-CAM has gained widespread acceptance in implant rehabilitation, with a similar accuracy to conventional techniques for fixed prosthodontics [2].
