[VIDEO] We are handling about 100 heart procedures daily, says Serdang Heart Centre SERDANG Heart Centre continues to serve the needs of heart patients from all over the country despite facing some challenges with its operating theatres, said its head of cardiology, Dr Abdul Kahar Ghapar. “This facility sees about 160,000 patients a year, which is the largest number of patients in Southeast Asia,” he told The Malaysian Insight in an interview. – May 29, 2024.

[WATCH] Business as usual at Serdang Heart Centre All issues pertaining to operating theatres (OT) in the 15-month old Pusat Jantung Hospital Serdang (Serdang Heart Centre) are expected to be resolved next month, Sultan Idris Shah Hospital deputy director Dr Ferwahn Fairis. The heart centre is part of the main hospital. The heart centre was opened in December 2022 with the aim of reducing the dependency on Kuala Lumpur’s National Heart Institute (IJN).

Pusat jantung itu adalah sebahagian daripada hospital utama berkenaan.
