The acquisition unites one of the largest patient platforms with a programmatic-buying solution, allowing pharma brands to consolidate marketing. Financial terms of the deal, which was announced on Tuesday morning, were not disclosed. MyHealthTeam will maintain its branding and operate as a separate business unit of Swoop run by CEO Eric Peacock, who cofounded the company in 2012 with Mary Ray.
