Hi there! Sorry I’ve been gone for a little without warning. Workplace hostility has been getting the best of me. Today, I’ll be sharing my feelings on the LA wildfires. Onto the news…I was talking to my friend about the LA fires and it felt like we were in one of those dystopian films where the characters who haven’t been hit by the apocalyptic event are having a mundane moment before the disaster reaches them.

Hiii, I hope you are drinking water and taking care of each other. Today I’m sharing my feelings about the murder of the United Healthcare’s CEO. Onto the news…Eric Adams took a break from partying and committing federal crimes to go on TV to let concerned citizens know that the investigation of the United Healthcare’s CEO murder is going well and they will “apprehend someone soon”. Of course the only concerned citizens in this case are CEOs of healthcare companies who most of us are not.

I’ve been sober for over 30 days! When I first decided to be sober I said I’d do it for only 30 days and see how it went. Now that I’m 30 days in I’m going to keep going. Who knows for how long but that’s not what I’m here to share with you today. Today I’m sharing my feelings of the house of representatives passing a bill that would revoke the nonprofit status of organizations deemed to be terrorist organizations by the government.

I’m no longer interested in living a life that holds me hostage to people’s ideas of who I should be. Or rather my idea of what other people’s idea of the life I should lead. I want to be free to be who I am without constantly parsing every single cell of my existence to reveal my true self. What is my true self anyway? How can I be true when my breath, my touch, and my thoughts have been programmed by my machinations outside my control?

Hiii, I’ve been 23 days sober and I’m so proud of myself! Today I’m sharing news about the IOF enabling gangs to loot aid in Gaza. Onto the news…The occupying state of Israel is not only blocking aid from entering Gaza, it’s also protecting and arming gangs who loot aid trucks. This is evil, vile, malevolent, heinous, and whatever other words you can use to describe a situation that makes you want to retch your breakfast.

Hiii, I worked out yesterday and it felt so good to be able to do a 45 second plank without feeling like my insides were bursting out. Today I’m sharing my feelings about Kamala losing the elections. Onto the news…Trump winning the election was very upsetting for a lot of people who wanted to see a Black woman become “head” colonizer. Honestly, I get it. Kamala would have been so great at being the top spokesperson for the ruling class. She would have slain.

Hiii, I had a salted caramel latte yesterday and it was really tasty - decaf, of course. Today I’ll be sharing my feelings about the people of a Spanish town throwing mud at politicians. Onto the news…The politicians of Spain were greeted how any politician should be treated when they visited flood damaged Paiporta, Spain - with mud and insults! It’s been very difficult to find anything that brings me joy recently and I didn’t know citizens attacking their so-called leaders would be it.
