Nous marchions avec nos bagages, panier d’osier, poupée ou sac d’école accompagnés d’autres mamans et de jeunes enfants vers le vol de Buenos Aires rejoindre nos parents réfugiés et de là le Québec, Hôtel Queen, Place Bonaventure. Confiante et souriante, je me dirige vers l’avion. Mais ce sourire laisse place aux larmes lorsqu’arrive le Premier de l’an. J’ai barré ma chambre, je ne pouvais pas aller embrasser grand-maman ni allumer les petits cierges faisant scintiller des étoiles.
