1. IntroductionBreast cancer (BC) is the most commonly diagnosed solid cancer among women [1,2]. It represents the second leading cause of female death [1,3] and the leading cause of female cancer mortality today. These data position breast cancer as a serious public health problem worldwide [2]. When a breast lump suggestive of malignancy is discovered, we do a biopsy to determine the nature of the mass.

Abstract:Eating together as a family has important health benefits, as the diet is more balanced and of a higher quality. Eating together is also a factor in the prevention of diet-related diseases. The promotion of family and shared meals is currently a public health strategy. The aim of this research was to study the eating habits of the Spanish young adult population and their impact on health. An observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out using surveys.
