On March 21, 2024, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or the Commission) issued Order No. 2023-A,[1] an Order on Rehearing and Clarification of Order No. 2023.[2] Order No. 2023 was issued on July 28, 2023, and set forth large-scale reforms to the Commission's pro forma Large and Small Generator Interconnection Procedures (LGIP and SGIP, respectively) and Agreements (LGIA and SGIA, respectively).
