Marisa Watley, a real estate agent from Houston, filed a suit Monday in Harris County court that claims Harden’s nephew Justice Blackburn raped her at the player’s 2025 New Year’s Eve party. The filing also claims Harden’s security failed to protect Watley and other women who were at the party at his Texas home.

Tatis, 26, claims BLA signed him to an illegal loan masked as an investment opportunity while he was in the minor leagues.
