Several schools around El Paso are expected to benefit from the Safe Routes to School Action Plan which will be presented Monday to City Council. An unveiling ceremony to launch pop-up locations at county facilities for the enhanced library card program is expected to take place Tuesday morning. The pop-up locations to be announced will serve El Paso residents living outside of city limits who will be using those cards.
