    Daniel M. Hodges, who helped found the Health Care for All movement in California, died March 28 at the age of 75. Dan dedicated his life to helping others. Dan loved to read and read thousands of books during his life. He also loved music as well as exercise and travel.  Dan was born on June 15, 1949 in Raleigh, North Carolina. He spent some of his early years in Queens, New York. At age 6, his parents moved to the town of Larchmont, a suburb north of New York City, where he lived until college.
